Road Conditions in Ao Nang
Ao Nang's roads are in excellent condition — flat, well-paved, and with clear signage. The only slightly technical section is the climb out of Ao Nang toward Klong Muang, which has a few gentle bends but nothing dangerous. The main strip itself is busy with pedestrians and slow-moving tuk-tuks.

Ao Nang is safe but the ride into Krabi Town passes through some faster sections where overtaking trucks is common. Wear a helmet.
